Diabetes UK, in partnership with BBW CVS are offering a FREE Awareness session 16th June 1pm via zoom to mark Diabetes Week
This 1-hour session will provide basic knowledge of Type 1 and Type 2, common symptoms, risk factors of Type 2, hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia, complications, and an update on prevention studies.
This is a great opportunity for volunteers and staff of organisations and groups to learn more about Diabetes and how best to support service users, colleagues and those around them.
Please note this talk is not delivered by a Health Care Professional and therefore will not be able to give clinical advice.
