The Basildon Emergency Night Shelter delivers 12 bed spaces at a different church each night, 7 nights a week, during the winter months, for people rough sleeping. Guests can expect warmth, camaraderie and above all a safe environment in which to sleep.

The night shelter is planned to run from Monday 2nd December 2024 until Monday 31st March 2025. The venues are located around Basildon town centre.
