Stansted Mountfitchet Day and Community Centre is looking for a chairman of its Management Committee. The Day Centre is open for home-cooked lunches on three days a week. At other times the hall is hired out. The committee employs three part-time staff (two cooks and a manager).
The Chair would need to attend board meetings and AGM
At present the Day Centre is closed because of the Coronavirus pandemic. The out-going chairman will ensure that all necessary measures are in place before re-opening, but the Committee wish to have a new chairman in place when this happens.
