Please come and join our growing team of volunteers.
Our charity shops urgently require volunteers to assist the shop manager with sorting, pricing and selling of donated goods. The goods vary from clothing, bric-a-brac, furniture and other saleable items. The volunteers work together in a friendly environment with emphasis on good presentation with a welcoming smile for our customers.
Volunteering at St Luke's is a fantastic way to meet other people, a stepping stone back to the workforce with the benefit of helping people in your local community at a time they need you the most. It is a friendly, warm and fun place to work. We have a variety of volunteering roles available and you will definitely feel part of the team. A good sense of humour is essential.
What skills do I need?
Initial training is provided although most of the learning is through observation and peer support.
