A variety of committee members are required to help manage Scout Groups across the Castle Point Areas and will be required to attend approximately six evening meeting per year.
We need:
Chairpersons who would be responsible for overseeing the meetings and controlling the budget expenditure.
Secretaries who would attend meetings, take minutes, organise meetings and be responsible for booking for certain events,
Treasurers who would maintain finances, manage bookkeeping and produce monthly financial reports.
Committee Members are also required and are made up of a variety of roles which include fundraisers, event co-ordinators and general committee helpers.

What skills do I need?
Good communication skills.
Treasurer would benefit from having bookkeeping experience, although this is not essential.
General committee members should be flexible and be willing to work as part of a team.
