We are looking for volunteers who would be happy to deliver talks arranged by the local fundraiser about Livability. Our Community Ambassadors will attend and represent Livability at cheque presentations. These would be in an agreed geographical area to a variety of audiences such as churches, rotary clubs and schools.
This is a great opportunity for a volunteer looking for a flexible role which can be fitted into their schedule. The role would suit someone who likes to get out and about and connect with people in their area.
Responsibilities will include:
o Delivering engaging talks about our work in your area
• Feeding back after talks any opportunities for further engagement to your local Community Fundraising Officer
o Representing Livability at local cheque presentations
What skills do I need?
o Experience presenting would be helpful but more importantly, you will have a passion for Livability. Training and support will be given.
