Working with boys and girls ten and a half years old to fourteen years old, helping to develop their team building skills, working with the local community, creating outdoor games and activities going camping and doing water based activities in the sping and summer terms. The group go canoeing and sailing in the local area in addition to the weekly scout meetings.

What skills do I need?

Any skills can be used in a role such as an assistant leader, and no experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Training and support is provided.
