You will support the exciting transition to expand our remit and become financially sustainable.
The Haven supports the recovery of people who live with the diagnosis of Personality Disorder and Complex Trauma. This is a mental health condition that is stigmatising and people living with the conditions are often poorly served by the mental health sector. Seeing the recovery rising out of early and severe trauma is an amazing gift. You can contribute to this by helping us on the board.
You will be able to secure the project’s future and take it through to thriving not just in the Colchester area but Essex wide. There will be meetings of course but there are also opportunities for independent initiatives depending on your expertise. The board of trustees are experienced and knowledgeable and look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the team.
