Harlow Museum is looking for a friendly and flexible person to welcome visitors into the museum.
In the role you will be located at our welcome desk, here you’ll meet and greet visitors, direct them through the building, share information on Harlow’s history as well as taking initiative when necessary to assist visitors.
While here you will learn about the museum building, gardens, and its rich collection of local and social history.
What skills do I need?
Interest in local history, team working, able to help members of public. Some experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
