Processing admissions to the Hall using our scanner and tablet.

Keeping the reception area inviting and up-to-date.
Helping to sell items in our small shop (guidebooks, books and toys etc).
Getting to understand the different types of NT Membership available and encouraging people to join
Getting to know the processes for enrolling new members, like direct debit and setting up subscriptions.
Keep in touch with the wider team so you know what’s happening on the day.
Getting to know health and safety and evacuation procedures.
There might be some other
activities that are of interest to you, that we could use your help with.
What skills do I need?
Someone who loves meeting new people – there’ll be plenty every day!
Passionate about Rainham Hall and the Trust as a whole
Cheerful - even when a coach party has just arrived and it’s a little bit hectic!
